ClickNearn.net Anti-Spam Policy
|
|
ClickNEarn.Net
strictly prohibits its
members from using spam and other forms of Internet abuse to seek
referrals or irrelevant ad pasting. We shall delete or suspend
such members/affiliates immediately who spam. Spam is defined as
including, but not limited to, the following:
-
Electronic mail messages/ads addressed to a
recipient with whom the initiator does not have an existing
business or personal relationship or is not sent at the request
of, or with the express consent of, the recipient;
- Messages/ads posted to Classified ad sites, Usenet and
message boards that are off-topic (unrelated to the topic of
discussion), cross-posted to unrelated newsgroups, or posted in
excessive volume;
- Solicitations posted to chat rooms, or to groups or
individuals via Internet Relay Chat or "Instant Messaging"
system (such as ICQ);
- Certain off-line activities that, while not considered spam,
are similar in nature, including distributing flyers or leaflets
on private property or where prohibited by applicable rules,
regulations, or laws.
ClickNearn.net may undertake, at its sole discretion and
with or without prior notice, the following enforcement actions:
Account Termination:
Upon the receipt of a credible complaint, ClickNearn.net may
immediately terminate the membership of the individual
implicated in the abuse. Termination results in the immediate
closure of the account, the loss of all earnings, the forfeiture
of any unpaid money on account, and a prohibition against any
future membership.
Account Suspension:
Upon the receipt of a credible complaint, ClickNearn.net may
immediately suspend the membership of the individual implicated
in the abuse. Suspension is intended to prevent the abuser from
benefiting from their abusive activities by prohibiting the
offender from pasting ads, accruing or receiving commissions.
After a thorough investigation, if the spamming incident is
verified, but does not rise to the level of a terminable
offense, ClickNearn.net may (but is not obligated to) lift the
suspension.

policy, please visit our

How to
Report Abuse
If you wish to
report a violation of our Anti-Spam Policy, please forward all relevant evidence to:
spam@clicknearn.net
NOTE: Incomplete complaints
will result in enforcement delays. For example, all email spam
complaints must include the original email headers. If you do not
know how to include email headers in your complaint, please open
your mail client, and click on help.
Encouraging
How should I paste ads
At ClickNearn.net we understand that our members are interested
in responsibly promoting the ClickNearn.net System and encouraging
their friends and family to sign-up as member. While we are quite
vigorous in enforcing our anti-spam policy, we understand that
many members are not well-versed in Internet "Netiquette" and the
traditions, protocols, and mores of Internet usage. To encourage
our members and all Internet users to learn more about Internet
Netiquette, we have assembled a Proper
Netiquette an Information
page, providing numerous resources where you can learn
appropriate methods of promoting the ClickNearn.net System and how
to avoid running afoul of Internet norms.
